Terms of Service

1. The Service

Flynt provides an AI-powered client acquisition research platform that automates the identification and delivery of prospect accounts, decision-maker information, and market signals (the "Service"). The Service is intended for business use by professionals engaged in revenue generation, client acquisition, and business development.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that all registration information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tryflynt.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Flynt is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are charged at the start of each billing period.

• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harvest or collect data in ways that violate the terms of third-party platforms
• Send unsolicited bulk communications ("spam") using intelligence delivered by Flynt
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in outreach based on Flynt data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise Flynt's outputs without our written consent

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user found in violation of these provisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including its software, design, and methodology, belong to Flynt AI LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of the targeting configurations and business data you provide.

7. Data and Outputs

Flynt delivers research outputs and lead intelligence based on publicly available data and AI processing. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that outputs are complete, error-free, or up to date. You are responsible for verifying information and complying with applicable laws (including data protection and anti-spam regulations) when acting on Flynt's outputs.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Flynt provides research and intelligence infrastructure. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in new clients, revenue, leads, or any specific business outcome. Results depend entirely on your targeting, messaging, follow-up, and execution. Flynt prepares opportunity — your team converts it.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYNT AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flynt AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the business interests of Flynt. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you by email where required. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance.
