About Flynt

Built by operators.
For operators.

We didn't build Flynt because we saw a market opportunity.

We built it because we were living the problem every single day.

Who We Are

Flynt was founded by agency owners and recruitment operators with over 15 years of combined experience in revenue and client acquisition. We've made the calls, built the lists, sent the emails, and chased the opportunities.

We know what drives growth in this business — because we've been personally responsible for generating it.

And we know exactly what slows it down.

The Problem We Lived

Client acquisition is the most important thing you can do for your business. It's also one of the most exhausting.

As agency owners and operators, finding new clients wasn't a concept we learned about — it was a daily reality. And the reality was this: before we could make a single call, send a single message, or have a single meaningful conversation, we had to figure out who to contact. That meant:

  • Opening tab after tab, trying to find companies that matched our criteria
  • Rebuilding the same spreadsheets we'd already rebuilt a dozen times
  • Manually cross-referencing LinkedIn, job boards, news feeds, and company pages
  • Trying to track which companies we'd already approached and which we hadn't
  • Piecing together contact information scattered across three different tools
  • Spending two, three, sometimes four hours a day — just to get ready to work

We weren't selling yet. We weren't building relationships.

We were just preparing to sell. And that preparation was consuming the hours we should have been spending on conversations, clients, and growth.

We kept asking ourselves the same question: Is there a better way?

Evolution One: Automation

The first answer was automation.

Basic tools that could scrape data, run sequences, and trigger simple workflows. For a while, it helped. We started getting a couple of hours back each day. The grunt work got a little lighter.

But automation had a ceiling. It was rigid. It broke constantly. It required ongoing maintenance and supervision. And most importantly — it was still just reorganising the same manual process, not eliminating it. You still had to tell it exactly what to look for. You still had to build and manage the workflows yourself. You still had to patch the gaps every time something changed.

Automation made us faster at doing the same broken process. It didn't fix the process itself.

Evolution Two: AI

Then AI changed everything.

Not as a chatbot. Not as a gimmick. But as a genuine second evolution — a step beyond what automation ever could be.

When we started working with AI agents, something fundamentally shifted. We weren't just automating steps anymore. We were delegating entire workflows to something that could think, adapt, make contextual decisions, and run continuously without us managing every move.

Suddenly the question wasn't "how do we move faster through the manual process?" The question became: "what if the manual process just didn't have to happen at all?"

AI gave us the ability to handle the research layer of client acquisition in a way that automation never could. It could read context. It could interpret signals. It could evaluate which companies were worth pursuing and why — on its own, without being told to run every single time.

We started getting back hours we didn't think we'd ever recover. Hours that went straight back into conversations, relationships, and closing.

The Intelligence Gap

But there was something more powerful than just saving time.

As we pushed deeper into AI agents, we started to see something we hadn't expected: the ability to identify opportunity in a way no human process — and no basic automation — could match.

We weren't just finding leads. We were building toward something bigger — a system that could understand not just who was out there, but which companies were the right ones to approach, and why right now was the right moment to reach out. The kind of context and timing that turns a cold message into a relevant conversation.

That vision is what drives how we continue to build Flynt. The foundation — automated research, daily lead delivery, decision-maker identification — is live and running today. The intelligence layer we're building toward goes further: a system that surfaces opportunity before your competitors even know it exists, because it's been watching your market around the clock.

That is what we call the intelligence gap.

The difference between operators who arrive at the right conversation at the right time — and those who are always one step behind. Closing that gap is why Flynt exists.

What Flynt Became

We started building Flynt for ourselves. A system that could handle the entire pre-outreach research layer of our own businesses so we could focus on what we were actually good at: conversations, relationships, and closing deals.

The more we used it, the more we realised this wasn't just a personal tool. This was what every recruiter, every sales team, and every agency operator needed — the research infrastructure that most teams were either skipping entirely or rebuilding from scratch every single morning.

Flynt became that infrastructure. An AI agent platform that runs continuously in the background, monitoring your target markets, identifying the right decision-makers, detecting the signals that indicate readiness — and delivering structured, intelligence-driven leads to your inbox every morning. So you show up to your day ready to engage, not ready to research.

Our Mission

Remove the research burden from revenue work.

That's it.

When preparation is structured and opportunity flow is consistent, disciplined operators compound their results. We built Flynt because we believe the operators who leverage intelligence will always outperform those who don't — and we wanted to make that intelligence accessible to every agency, every recruiter, and every revenue team willing to show up and execute.

Our Commitment

Flynt doesn't guarantee clients. No honest tool does.

What we guarantee is this: we will keep building the most effective client acquisition research infrastructure available. We will keep listening to the operators who use it. And we will keep removing every piece of friction we can find between you and your next conversation.

Built for operators who believe in leverage — not shortcuts.
